Política de reembolso

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return at your own expense. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no damage and in its original packaging. Items must be returned fully insured. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at thygoldhord@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 53 Church Road, Folkestone, Kent CT20 3EL, United Kingdom. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund later on. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please note the we are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. The courier's terms and conditions will apply. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been on sale, gift cards or items on layaway. Purchases on layaway that have been paid in instalments are non-refundable. 

Please also note that late payments in instalments could result in your item being held and a fee for late payment will be imposed. 


Exchanges

Please note that exchanges will only be at the discretion of the seller.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a refund and your return shipping cost will be deducted from it and it could take within 10 business days to process.
