This beautiful 18k yellow gold ring is set with an oval blue sapphire in the centre sorrounded by shiny brilliant cut diamonds in form of a marquise shape crown in white gold that measures 17x9x7mm. The ring is hallmarked by GJ 750 and assayed in Birmingham in circa 1991.
